Yes! The event is open to the community, and everyone is welcome to join the celebration.

Registration

Choose how you’d like to participate in our event:

Cook-Off Registration

  • Entry Fee: $25 (cash or check delivered to office)
  • Eligibility: Coffey County residents (individuals or businesses)
  • Note: Funds raised go back into prize pool for winners to donate to approved local charities.

Vendor Registration

  • Options:
    • Food Truck – $50
    • Tent – $25
  • Deadline: November 1, 2024
  • Note: AAction Air will confirm space availability after deadline.

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Options: Food/product donations, door prizes, signage, or other support
  • Requirements: If sponsoring a gift card, minimum $25. Sponsors may contribute any amount above $25.
  • Benefits:
    • Free entry
    • Shoutout during raffle
    • Logo/recognition on event page
    • Permission to display signage

Charities

Local charities may set up a tent for free to share information.
